National Verifier Recertification Process
Recertification is an almanac requirement for Lifeline subscribers and is split up fromreverification (1-time National Verifier process). This procedure is conducted to ensure that active Lifeline subscribers are still eligible for the Lifeline do good.

Recertification Procedure

Subscribers that fail the data source check are required to complete the Recertification Grade and have 60 days to recertify their continued eligibility. Failure to recertify during this fourth dimension will consequence in automatic de-enrollment.
